How to Highlight Cells with Duplicate Values in a Range?
By using Conditional Formatting in Excel we can Highlight Duplicate Cells.
Steps to do:

Select the Cells/Range you wish to compare
Select the Home Tab
Select Conditional Formatting
Select Highlight Cell Rules
Select Duplicate Values
Select a Highlight Color
Select Okay
Tada..!! Magic… All the cells with duplicate values are highlighted…!!
